Not exactly a great record is it? I remember gary jones scoring against wrexham at home in a 1-0 win, headed it in from about 6 yards, keeper and jones both went for it but Jones beat him to score

Not an amazing record no. However, in terms of overall play Lump was the best striker we've had for years.

I watched the highlights DVD of that season the other day. Had forgotten just how good they were together.

Danny North was also a much better striker when playing with Jonah and a Hearn/Jonah partnership would have stormed this league.

In other news, Daryl Clare is the new manager of Louth Town

Does 'Neil Robinson' ring a bell to anyone?

Just seen this on twitter: "I uncovered today that former Everton, Swansea and Grimsby defender Neil Robinson turned to veganism at 23"

That was after 2 minutes Chris. He then gave away a penalty about 5 minutes later IIRC. We lost 2-0 to Oxford at home.

I was just filling in a questionnaire about the club you support (on FL supporters so maybe they still see Town as a league club!) when I saw this about Colgan

Funny how he's held in high regard elsewhere and the only low spot in his career was with us....and what a low that was
