Well last week was gutting, that was just embarrassing. Utterly outfought, outthought, and outplayed. Full credit to Swindon, very impressive. Us? Useless. Not 2 passes strung together, looked like a tired team with no ideas. We couldnt handle the press, We’ve an accident waiting to happen in goal and unfortuantely no plan B.

Cant think of a single positive to take from that. We’ve carried 3 first teamers all season in Pyke Wilson and Vernam and 2 loanees in Obikwu and Davies and it shows because we’ve sod all on the bench to change anything.

Let down massively today. Seasons going to peter out into nothing

Reminded me of a typical team going for the play offs against a team who had nothing to play for and were looking forward to their holidays. Unfortunately the teams got somehow mixed up.

It looked like Swindon did their homework on us today and it paid off . Pressed us from first minute, never gave us the chance to counter attack . Doubled down on Hume , get him out the picture we’re going to struggle to create much . Ended up just hopeful balls which never amounted to anything. By then 2-0 down and it was game over . Really disappointing that we’ve got ourselves into this position and failed so spectacularly at home but 11 home defeats sums it all up

We were utterly shocking glad I left before added time as long trip home  what a complete waste of a day. Living 10 miles from Vale's ground I have no excuse not to go. Playoffs looking a really difficult ask now looking at our fixtures

We’ve made real progress this season and are probably 4 or 5 players short of being a decent side

The keeper HAS to go, he’s absolutely dreadful and we’re at least 2, poss 3 strikers short (and no Obikwu please)

Swindon streets ahead of us today - can we dream of having someone like Smith up front for us or have we got to make do with loanees like powderpuff Barrington or forever-injured Obikwu?

I felt really drunk off after the first game at their place at the complete no show on that day...I honestly thought there would be a huge reaction today and no way would we let that happen again.......Jesus (on a Good  Friday) .....how wrong was I?
Complete no show today. Absolutely dejected.

Talk about 1 step forward then 2 steps back. That was more like 1 step back and then a giant leap in to reverse, all the way back to the start of the season when we're getting tonked at home on a regular basis.
Truly, truly shocking and it was on the cards from very early on in the first half. We simply never turned up at all. We looked like an already relegated side today with all of them seemingly going through the motions of a team accepting of their fate. Literally no positives at all. And Jordan Wright is one of the worst keepers we've ever had. That feeble attempt to keep out the 2nd was quite simply unbelievable Jeff. I've got no idea what he was actually trying to do.
