Accrington Stanley have signed
Jimmy Knowles (forward) from Boston United on a two-year deal The 22-year-old scored 19 goals in National League North last season as the Pilgrims won promotion via the play-offs.
Knowles links up with Accrington's recent signing Kelsey Mooney who scored 17 goals with the pair helping Boston to the National League via the Play-Offs last season. He previously had spells on loan at Notts County, Greenock Morton and Kettering Town. Prior to that, he came through the Academy at Nottingham Forest before signing for League Two Mansfield Town in 2019 as a scholar making 6 League Two appearances.

Carlisle United have signed
Jude Smith (goalkeeper) on a two-year contract after being released by Newcastle for whom he never played a first-team game. The 21-year-old came through the ranks at Celtic then joined East Fife when he was still a teenager. He made 30 competitive appearances for East Fife during the 2021/22 season before making the move to Premier League side Newcastle United in the summer of 2022 after impressing on trial.

Colchester United have signed
Harry Anderson (winger) on a two-year contract following his release by Stevenage. The 27-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan with Colchester, scoring twice in 10 League Two appearances. Anderson has made over a hundred appearances in League One for Peterborough United, Lincoln City and, most recently, Bristol Rovers where he was part of the side being promoted in 3rd place in League Two. Anderson links back up with the Cowleys, having being part of the promotion winning side with Lincoln City during the 2018–19 season as champions, playing the following 3 seasons in League One scoring 19 league goals in 142 appearances for them.

Doncaster Rovers have signed
Ted Sharman-Lowe (goalkeeper) Ted Sharman-Lowe on a season-long loan from Premier League side Chelsea. The 6ft4in 21-year-old started his footballing life in the Academy of hometown club Leicester City before moving to Burton Albion as a 14-year-old. He was signed by Chelsea in 2020 and made his senior debut when loaned back to Burton for the 20/21 season, with appearances in the EFL Cup and EFL Trophy. An England international at U17-U20 level, Sharman-Lowe made more than 20 appearances in the National League South after being loaned to Havant and Waterlooville in 2023 and spent time with Bromley last term featuring just the once.

Tom Nixon (right back) for an undisclosed fee on a three-year contract. The 21-year-old came through the under-21s at Hull while Grant McCann was manager at Hull. Nixon spent last season at Doncaster on loan from Hull making 32 appearances, scoring once. Nixon previously spent time on loan at National League North side Boston in 2022-23.

Ephraim Yeboah (winger / forward) on a season-long loan from Bristol City with a January recall option. The 17-year-old played 10 times coming off the subs bench for Bristol City in the Championship, before spending the second half of the 2023–2024 season on loan at Bath, helping them reach the play-offs, making 10 appearances and scoring 2 goals in the National League South.

Notts County have signed
Jacob Bedeau (centre back) on a three-year contract after being released by Morecambe. The 24-year-old made 61 League One appearances and another 43 in League Two with Morecambe. Bedeau is a product of Leyton Orient and Bury’s academies – and he debuted for the latter in League One aged only 16, where he made 7 appearances for Bury, before making a move to Aston Villa for 900K who had beaten off competition from the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for his signature, before joining League One side Scunthorpe United and going on to establish himself as a regular starter despite still only being in his teens. Following his departure from Scunthorpe, he was signed by Burnley before he headed out on loan to Morecambe – a move he went on to make permanent.

Swindon Town have signed
Rosaire Longelo (left back) on a free transfer after turning down a new contract at Accrington. The 24-year-old Democratic Republic of the Congo born started his youth career with West Ham United and Newcastle United before making his first senior move to fellow League Two side Accrington Stanley in 2021. During three seasons Accrington, Rosaire made 46 appearances in League One, before 22 appearances this season in League Two, including six goals. He is the brother of left back - Emmanuel Longelo who plays for Birmingham City in League One.

Swindon Town have signed
Tunmise Sobowale (right wing back) on a free transfer from Shrewsbury Town. The 25-year-old who can also play on the right wing and as a right back, started his career with Waterford, making his debut in 2016 before moving to third tier Spanish side Hércules two years later and returned to Waterford in 2020. Following his time in Ireland and Spain, Sobowale then joined League One side Shrewsbury Town in 2023, where he went on to make 29 appearances in League One last season.

Walsall have signed
Connor Barrett (right back) on a free transfer after rejecting a new contract offered by National League side AFC Fylde, a compensation fee is to be agreed. The 22-year-old began his career in the Leicester City academy. A move to Burnley followed before he joined Kettering Town where in the National League North before signing for Fylde, where in his two seasons, he featured 81 times, scored seven goals and registered 17 assists while the team also won the National League North title in the 2022-23 season.
