Barrow have signed Katia Kouyate (forward) on a three-year deal, following the expiration of his contract with Everton.  The 20-year-old signed for The Toffees at the age of eight and he made his way to youth ranks at Goodison Park. He made appearances for the first team during their latest pre-season tour and even bagged a goal against Swiss side, Stade Nyonnias during a 2-1 win for Everton. In the past two seasons, Kouyate has become a regular name on the Everton u21s team sheet, and he has tallied up eight appearances in the EFL Trophy over the past few seasons.

Gillingham have signed Jack Nolan (winger) from Accrington Stanley for an undisclosed fee.  The 23-year-old scored 17 times in 53 appearances last season including two on the final day of the campaign at home to Tranmere.  Nolan began his career in the academy at Reading but made his professional debut for Walsall in January 2020 in a home game against Crawley. In 2020/21, Jack played a further 12 games for the Saddlers before joining Accrington in the summer of 2021. He has spent nearly three years at the Wham Stadium and, in total, has featured 80 times and scored 18 times in all competitions. On the international stage, Nolan was capped four times by England U21, scoring once, against Germany.

Salford City have signed Dan Chesters (winger) on a two-year deal from Premier League side West Ham on a free transfer.  The 22-year-old who has also played at right back and right wing back initially joined Salford on loan on Deadline Day in February after impressing for West Ham's Under-21s, and managed a couple of assists in 13 appearances. Chesters has made two first-team appearances for the West Ham and also spent time on loan at Colchester united in the 2022-23 season.

Milton Keynes have signed Laurence Maguire (centre back) on a three-year contract on a free transfer after his contract ran out at Chesterfield. The 27-year-old who is the brother of Manchester United's Harry Maguire is a product of Chesterfield’s academy, making his first-team debut in 2016 against Wolves U23s in the EFL Trophy. In August 2023 the possession based style defender signed for Crawley Town on loan until January, a deal that would later be extended until the end of the season. Maguire would feature prominently for the Reds, totalling 39 appearances in a promotion-winning season while also contributing three goals.

Chesterfield have signed Chey Dunkley (centre-back) on a three-year deal, after turning down a new contract at Shrewsbury Town after making 85 appearances and scoring nine goals in his time there as clun captain. The 32-year-old started his career with Crewe Alexandra before going on to play for Hednesford Town, Kidderminster Harriers, Oxford United, Wigan Athletic and Sheffield Wednesday, before joining Shrewsbury in 2022. Notably, Dunkley spent two years at Oxford, making 78 appearances for the club, scoring seven goals in his time there, helping them secure promotion to League One at the end of the 2016/17 season. He played 43 league games, scoring 7 goals for Wigan in 2017–18, being promoted as champions from League One.

Gillingham have signed Aaron Rowe (right-back / winger), after he was released by Huddersfield last month having spent his entire career there.  The 23-year-old spent last season on a season-long loan deal at Crewe Alexandra netting 5 times in 47 appearances in all competitions and getting owned by Grimsby Town twice. Rowe played in last month's League Two Play-Off Final against Crawley Town at Wembley. He has also had loan spells at Boston United, Bromley and Stockport County.

Salford City have signed Cole Stockton (forward) on a two-year deal.  During the January 2023–24 transfer window, he was loaned to Barrow where he scored 7 goals in 17 League Two appearances. In the last four seasons the 30-year-old centre forward has notched up 54 goals in 150 regular league appearances.  Stockton was a promotion winner with Morecambe in 2020-21 play-offs, the following season being named in the League One Team of the Season, scoring 23 times for them.

Accrington Stanley have signed Jimmy Knowles (forward) from Boston United on a two-year deal The 22-year-old scored 19 goals in National League North last season as the Pilgrims won promotion via the play-offs. Knowles links up with Accrington's recent signing Kelsey Mooney who scored 17 goals with the pair helping Boston to the National League via the Play-Offs last season. He previously had spells on loan at Notts County, Greenock Morton and Kettering Town. Prior to that, he came through the Academy at Nottingham Forest before signing for League Two Mansfield Town in 2019 as a scholar making 6 League Two appearances.

The 21-year-old came through the ranks at Celtic then joined East Fife when he was still a teenager. Colchester United have signed Harry Anderson (winger) on a two-year contract following his release by Stevenage. The 27-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan with Colchester, scoring twice in 10 League Two appearances. Anderson has made over a hundred appearances in League One for Peterborough United, Lincoln City and, most recently, Bristol Rovers where he was part of the side being promoted in 3rd place in League Two. Anderson links back up with the Cowleys, having being part of the promotion winning side with Lincoln City during the 2018–19 season as champions, playing the following 3 seasons in League One scoring 19 league goals in 142 appearances for them.

Notts County have signed Jacob Bedeau (centre back) on a three-year contract after being released by Morecambe. The 24-year-old made 61 League One appearances and another 43 in League Two with Morecambe. Bedeau is a product of Leyton Orient and Bury’s academies – and he debuted for the latter in League One aged only 16, where he made 7 appearances for Bury, before making a move to Aston Villa for 900K who had beaten off competition from the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for his signature, before joining League One side Scunthorpe United and going on to establish himself as a regular starter despite still only being in his teens. Following his departure from Scunthorpe, he was signed by Burnley before he headed out on loan to Morecambe – a move he went on to make permanent.

Swindon Town have signed Tunmise Sobowale (right wing back) on a free transfer from Shrewsbury Town. The 25-year-old who can also play on the right wing and as a right back, started his career with Waterford, making his debut in 2016 before moving to third tier Spanish side Hércules two years later and returned to Waterford in 2020. Carlisle United have signed Cameron Harper (left back) on a three-year deal from 2nd tier Inverness Caledonian Thistle for an undisclosed fee. The 22-year-old joined Inverness at the age of 10 and has progressed through the ranks at the Caledonian Stadium, making made over 150 appearances for his boyhood club.

The 33-year-old who can also play at centre back and defensive midfielder roles, came through the ranks at Exeter City before breaking into the first team, taking the captains armband toward the end of his time there. Carlisle United have signed Terell Thomas (centre back) on a two-year deal after his contract expired at Charlton. The 28-year-old started his career at Arsenal before signing his first professional contract at Charlton Athletic as a teenager. Thomas went on to play for the likes of Wigan Athletic, AFC Wimbledon, Crewe Alexandra and Reading before returning to The Valley in 2022. He made 40 League One appearances for Charlton last season and has also featured 12 times on the international stage for Saint Lucia.

Port Vale have signed Ryan Croasdale (midfielder) on a two-year deal after his contract with at Stockport County expired. The 29-year-old began his career coming through the academy at Preston North-End, making one appearance for the Club, whilst having loan spells at non-league Tamworth and Stalybridge. After singing for Kidderminster in 2016, he was named Club Captain in his second year, Croasdale then moved on to AFC Fylde in 2018, for a fee of £50,000. He spent two years at Fylde, making over 50 appearances and helping them to the 2019 National League Play-Off final, and to victory in the FA Trophy at Wembley, scoring in their semi-final victory at Stockport County. Croasdale joins Port Vale following a four-year stay with Stockport which included two promotions, playing 44 League Two games in the title-winning side.

Wimbledon have signed Callum Maycock (midfielder) on a two-year deal after rejecting a new deal at Solihull Moors, where his contract expired. The 26-year-old made 176 appearances for Solihull, being a key player in sides that reached the National League play-offs twice in the 2021–22 and 2023–24 seasons - scoring 9 goals in 44 League appearances prior to the play-offs last season. He played 32 times whilst on loan at League Two side Macclesfield Town in 2018/19, before playing regularly for Leamington in the National League North before signing for Solihull.

Barrow have signed Sam Barnes (centre back) on an initial one-year deal following his release from Blackburn Rovers. The 23-year-old spent 12 years at his boyhood club coming through the youth ranks to the first team making one appearance during a Carabao Cup victory over Walsall last season.

Barrow have signed Connor Mahoney (winger) on a two-year deal after his contract expired at Huddersfield Town. The 27-year-old attack-minded midfielder can play through the centre of the pitch or on both wings, he spent least season on loan at Gillingham, he scored 7 times in 39 League Two appearances where new head coach Stephen Clemence previously managed. The former England Under-20 international has also played for Millwall, Bournemouth, Blackburn Rovers, Birmingham City and Barnsley racking up 93 league appearances at Championship level.

Cheltenham Town have signed Arkell Jude-Boyd (right back) on a one-year deal following his release from QPR. The 21-year-old can play at left back but mainly plays at right back even though is naturally left-footed, he started out at QPR academy as a nine-year-old, and spent the end of last season on loan with Torquay United in the National League South where he scored 6 goals in 17 appearances and was named as the club’s Young Player of the Year.

Cheltenham Town have signed Luke Young (midfielder) after being released by Wrexham, no length of contract currently disclosed. The 31-year-old was captain of Wrexham since 2021 and was part of the back-to-back promotions to League One. Young began his career at hometown club Plymouth Argyle, making his first team debut as a 17-year-old. In 2014 he joined at the time National League side Torquay where he was Player of the Year 3 times during his 4 year stay before signing for Wrexham in the 2018–19 season.  Both players link up with newley appointed director of football Gary Johnson, who previously managed both players at Torquay at different periods.

Milton Keynes have signed Tommy Leigh (attacking midfielder) for an undisclosed fee from Accrington Stanley, no length of contract currently disclosed. The 24-year-old scored 8 goals in 39 League Two appearances for Accrington last season. Leigh started his career at Portsmouth youth setup. Following his release at 16-years-old, Leigh continued to play at a semi-professional level before earning his move to Accrington when they was in League One in July 2021, the two seasons in League One, he scored 6 goals in 24 appearances during the 2021–22 season and 7 goals in 39 league games the following season.

Notts County have signed Alex Bass (goalkeeper) on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Sunderland. The 23-year-old spent season-long loan spell with AFC Wimbledon in 2023–24 and  was the best-performing goalkeeper in League Two last season, narrowly missing out on the League Two Golden Glove award to Stockport’s Ben Hinchliffe.  Bass is a graduate of Portsmouth’s academy, for whom he made 18 League One appearances before earning a permanent move to Sunderland. Bass also made 22 League Two appearances across loan spells with Bradford City and Southend United.

Wimbledon have resigned John-Joe O'Toole (centre back) on a one-year deal following his release at Mansfield Town. The 35-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Wimbledon. Since 2019 while at Burton he adapted from being a midfielder to a centre back.  O'Toole's career record is 76 goals and over 530 senior games, having lifted the League Two title during his time at Northampton Town. He was named in the PFA Team of the Year twice, for the Cobblers and Bristol Rovers. O'Toole has also taken in spells with Watford, Sheffield United, Colchester, Burton Albion and Mansfield.

Notts County have signed Nick Tsaroulla (wing back) on two-year deal, with the option of a further year, after turning down a contract offer to stay with League One bound Crawley. The 25-year-old who can play on either flank, came through the Tottenham ranks in his youth career including the U-18 and U-23 squads before being released in the summer of 2018. Tsaroulla was snapped up by the Brentford B setup following his release from Spurs. Tsaroulla has also made an appearance for the Cyprus U-21 side. He then joined Crawley in October 2020, and last season Tsaroulla made 49 appearances, scoring six and assisting another six, to help Crawley Town win promotion via the play-offs.

Grimsby Town have signed Matty Carson (left back) on a two-year deal after he was released by League One side Reading. The 25-year-old is set piece taker, set piece taker and provides assists from corner kick taking. Carson began his career as a youngster in the Liverpool academy before joining Burnley’s youth set-up in 2019. During his time with the Clarets, he enjoyed loan spells at Nelson and Padiham. In 2021, he made the move to Accrington Stanley, where he went out on loan to Carrick Rangers, AFC Telford and Stalybridge Celtic. Carson then moved to Reading and made 10 appearances for the Royal’s last season prior to his release.

Grimsby Town have signed Cameron McJannet (centre back) on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee from League of Ireland Premier Division club - Derry City. The 25-year-old who can play at left-back if required, started as a scholar at Luton Town, before transfering to then Premiership Stoke City academy in 2016. McJannet then moved to Derry City in 2020 and during his time there he made 8 appearances in the UEFA Conference League, making a total of 142 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals and winning the 2022 FAI Cup where he scored 2 of the 4 goals in the final.

Swindon Town have signed Ryan Delaney (centre back) on a permanent deal from Newport County after his contract expired. The 27-year-old started his career in his hometown of Wexford in Ireland in 2014 at 18, spending three seasons there, Delaney then moved to then-Championship side, Burton Albion. During his time with Burton, Delaney had a loan spell with Cork City, scoring six goals in 30 league appearances, with Cork lifting the League of Ireland Premier Division trophy at the end of the 2017 season, also winning the FAI Cup and the Munster Senior Cup. Moves to Rochdale, Wimbledon (loan), Bolton and Morecambe came next, with the majority of that time spent in League One, with over 110 appearances made in the English third tier in his career so far. Delaney earned promotion with Bolton in the 2020–21 season from League Two, before his time with Morecambe from 2021 until 2023. He recently represented League Two rivals Newport County, where he was given the captain's armband and played a key part in County's 2023–24 campaign, scoring one goal and four assists in the season just gone.

Tranmere Rovers have signed Josh Davison (forward) on a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee from AFC Wimbledon. The 24-year-old has made 223 career appearances to date and scored 66 goals, eight of those coming last term with Wimbledon. The forward mainly operates centrally, but also represented Wimbledon on both wings last term.  Davison started his career at Peterborough United, before a three-year spell with Charlton Athletic where he first played under Nigel Adkins and made appearances in the Championship and League One. He also spent time on loan with Forest Green Rovers and Swindon Town before joining AFC Wimbledon in July 2022.
