Bradford City have signed
Aden Baldwin (centre back) on an initial two-year deal following the expiry of his contract at Notts County. The 26-year-old, a product of Forest Green Rovers’ academy, Baldwin signed his first professional contract at The New Lawn in 2015 before earning a move to Sky Bet Championship side Bristol City in 2016. Loan spells followed at Weston-super-Mare, Cheltenham Town and Eastleigh before he spent the 2021/22 season at MK Dons. He signed for the Magpies in June 2022, spending two seasons at Meadow Lane, making 79 appearances. His two goals in a 3-2 National League Play-Off Semi-Final win over Boreham Wood in May 2023 secured County’s place at Wembley for the final, where they beat Chesterfield on penalties to secure their place back in League Two.

Chesterfield have signed
Lewis Gordon (left-back) on a one-year deal, with the option to extend following the expiry of his contract at Bristol Rovers. The 23-year-old played 62 times in League One, while finishing mid-table during his two seasons at Rovers.

Colchester United have signed
Matt Macey (goalkeeper) on a two-year deal, following his release by Portsmouth. The 29-year-old began the 2022-23 campaign with Luton Town and played one League Cup game for them before moving to Portsmouth in January. He made 21 appearances for the Hampshire club, but none last season as they won promotion to the Championship. The 6ft 7in stopper joined Plymouth Argyle for a season-long loan in League One in the 2018-19 season, before moving away from London permanently to join Scottish Premiership side Hibernian in January 2021, helping Hibs to a Scottish FA Cup final and a third-place finish to qualify for Europe.

Doncaster Rovers have signed
Harry Clifton (left-back / midfielder / winger) on a two-year deal with the option for an additional 12 months after he rejected a new deal at fellow League Two side Grimsby Town. The 25-year-old midfielder joins from hometown club Grimsby Town, where he has spent his entire career to date and scoring 25 goals and amassing more than 260 appearances, helping them win promotion from the National League in 2022.

Fleetwood Town have signed
Matty Virtue (midfielder) on a two-year contract following expiry of his contract at Blackpool. The 27-year-old made 84 appearances mainly in League One for Blackpool after signing from Liverpool in 2019. A loan spell at Lincoln City in 2022 followed, helping Virtue's progression where he played 36 times for the Imps. Virtue returned to Blackpool and played 34 times in all competitions last campaign for the Seasiders.

Gillingham have signed
Armani Little (midfielder). The 27-year-old turned down the offer of a new deal at Wimbledon, where he scored four times in 44 appearances in all competitions last season. He began his career in the academy at Southampton and made his senior debut for the U21's team in an EFL Trophy group stage game against Peterborough in August 2017. He played 12 games for Woking while on loan during the 2018-19 season, scoring against Oxford City in a 2-1 win. He agreed a permanent deal with Torquay in the summer of 2019 and made 89 appearances across a three-year spell, scoring 19 times, before joining Forest Green for an undisclosed fee in 2022. He spent half a season at the club before joining AFC Wimbledon on loan in January 2023, a move which was made permanent in July of the same year.

Swindon Town have signed
Ollie Clarke (midfielder / defensive midfielder) on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee. The 31-year-old started his career with Bristol Rovers in 2009, going on to make over 200 appearances for the club and scored on over 20 occasions during an 11-year period. Clarke achieved both personal and domestic success during his time with Bristol Rovers too, achieving back-to-back promotions, making the step up from the Conference via the play-offs in 2015, before reaching the third tier with Rovers a season later. The midfielder was also Bristol Rovers' captain during his time at the club, where he was also voted the club's Player of the Year in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons. Following that, Clarke moved to Mansfield where again he achieved promotion with The Stags as recently as last season where he was also given the captaincy during his time with the club.
