Shaun will be a strong leader on the pitch.  This season will be a dog-fight at the top with so many ex EFL all striving to get back.  Character and strength will be needed in key games against rivals.

Shaun will be a big asset for us.  Some have commented on his age (32).  He was only 32 in late April.  So, if we signed him say 6 weeks ago he would have been only 31.  ☺️☺️.  A year makes more difference after 30.  Think of him as full of energy, drive and commitment.

I’m sure we wish him the very best and hope it works out.

We will need plenty of good signings if we are to get out of this he’ll hole at the first attempt.
It won’t be easy and we need patience as well as hope next season

Good interview and glad to see SP back, You know exactly what you are going to get from SP, i remember Lincoln signing Shackell, i think he was 35 at the time and i thought he would only be a decent signing due to his experience but lost his pace and would be a liability, but was instrumental in their promotion.  

We know SP wasn't the quickest but still at 32 still has a few years yet and will head that ball all day long and would wear the shirt with pride, i can see him scoring from a corner in the first home game     oh and Danny Collins wasn't bad either.

Also did anyone notice in the clip of the camera walking to Boreham Wood training gates, just wondering what its related to, i don't think it had anything to do with SP answering of the questions,  Maybe just showing a team from National League, or a signing from them.  It was just a bit odd.

yeah, saw that Meza.good interview i thought.Struck me as a bit left field. Is there any precedent for them leaving clues/hints in videos?

Perhaps we shouldn't be shocked if Jamal Fyfield re signs!!

ps bit worrying that Fatty Rhead is there as well though
