Yep, so he'll do for me.

The 'charisma' thing is a double-edged sword: good for the fans and the media, but can lead to players (privy to the dressing room)
thinking something like "What a two-faced, lying barsteward I've got managing me....". And nobody's 'charisma' works on everyone, anyway.
