Just asking this as I seem confused as to who dictates kick-off times nowadays, the clubs, police, or league.

If Derbyshire Police were foolish enough to try to change the kick-off time, they would take an innocuous and light-hearted away day and give it a sinister Football-Factory like overtone, which would only encourage any idiots.

I can remember trouble at the Findus/Osmond corner in their last game here as well as at Saltergate the season before. Going even further back I remember reading on here about trouble in the late 80s/early 90s.
