We do have players that are good enough.  What i could see some looked jaded, unfit and out of form.  Maybe one day we'll have a squad of players picked bssed on form.   Im sure thats how ot was years ago.

Iceland are the equivalent to an average championship side, which shows the level of the England side. Even more disgusted now.
Listening to some of the pundits a lot seemed to think England froze against Iceland.Hence its maybe a case of pressure getting to the players  and lack of unity that cost England more so than lack of talent .Hence football is not just about the technical the emotional is probably more key?

Good luck to Wales, should make the final now, Portugal been poor so far and have yet to win a game in 90 minutes. Bale against Ronaldo should be interesting.
Some seem to think he has overtaken Ronaldo as the best player for Real Madrid.Myself I feel Christiano Ronaldo  is still the better technically eg skill wise is excellent and the only player that I feel and seen that has bettered him is Ronaldinho.Having said that Bale is a powerhouse of a player which I feel has a good head on him.Eg theres less of a arrogance there than Ronaldo but saying that you do need that belief in yourself to go places

France score penalty just before half-time to take the lead over Germany against the run of play.

HT   Germany  0 - 1  France.......game on.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Griezmann shows young English players the desire it takes to succeed at the top. Frequently told he was too small to make it, he took himself off to Spain at 13 and developed his game. Good on him.

France to win 3 - 1 tonight    ( Murray on the verge of winning Wimbledon for a second time).

I hope Portugal do it tonight
Wouldn't normally back them but I'd rather it be them than France

Regardless of the outcome it should be a good one
