Have just checked  " Ancestors through the ages " and have come up with some interesting facts.In the year 978 Ethelred the Unready came to the throne of England. His wife Bridgit was sexually disoriented so he had to go elsewhere for his pleasures. It was well known that at that time there had been an outbreak of swine fever , this had meant a weakness and unreliability in pig skin for various uses. As a result a baby boy was born to a wench from Aberystwyth who was a " Coal miners daughter "  It has been a long process but with Town having a few weeks off I have had time on my hands to delve deeper. Surprise !  Surprise !  The coalmans family somewhere along the line changed their name to " Coleman "

  In 1970 a baby boy was born in Swansea who it appears was 149 th in line to the English throne, being a descendant of Ethelred the Unready. For obvious reasons the Welsh kept this quiet.     I just wonder if he would swap sides.

If you were born before 1970 then you will be at least 148 th in line to the throne " Your Majesty " and should be entitled to a free season ticket at B.P. for life as when word gets around you will surely have  " Freedom of the Town."
