Annoyingly that shocking penalty at Sutton is going to come back to haunt us. Would have given us another couple of points and about killed off their hope.

On the other hand our players are so bad that if we do go down then we only have ourselves to blame.

Season is not over - but at this point - I would relieve Dave Artell of his duties immediately - and put Davies and Pearson back on caretaker duties to put us on defence duties to ‘crab’ us the necessary points to stay up -‘with full backing of the owners to do this’.

I’ve never been for Artell, i wanted him gone weeks ago, I want him gone whether we stay up or go down. It has not worked. We’ve won 4 flipping games since he was appointed.

The owners haven’t got the balderdash to sack him nor do they have the faintest clue what to do. It’s a case of hope for the best and keep every finger crossed.

They may do this but a lot of us will not be there to watch it. I would give Artell the game against Bradford. Lose and I would sack him and go with the caretakers
