Something has to happen. The longer this goes on the more demoralised the players will become. I can’t remember us ever leaking goals like this. The opposition today was ordinary but we let in 5. We all start off thinking the next game will kick start a revival, but then end up deflated. What do the palyers feel? They must be dreading turning up to play.

Mr Artell had one good L1 season at Crewe (they had good loanees) and then it all went haywire and he could not arrest an inevitable slide back into L2. I don’t think he will arrest this slide with Town. He’s lost the dressung room. He cant’t blame the players as that will only add to their demoralisation. He has to go. I think there are enough good players to improve but we have to stop conceding goals like this.

We had all the pre-season talk about improving on last season and ‘kickiing on’ but the opposite has happened. We’ve forgotten how to win a football match. Abject.

I’m not one for sacking managers every 5 minutes but this has been a complete and utter disaster. I cannot remember when I was this angry. Pearson and Davies will I’m sure steady the ship and then we have to get a new manager. The Conference is beckoning at this rate  

The only way Davies and Pearson will steady the ship is if they both put their boots on and replace some of the shite thats in this squad,they couldn't be any worse,they're just a bunch of spineless so called professionals,apart from Rose none of them should be anywhere near a league football club.

Everyone in here thinking we just sack Artell and get some miracle worker in to save us from relegation is in for a rude awakening. Our fate is essentially in the hands of the two excrement teams below us.

Town’s terrible run will give them hope. FGR won last time out and Suttion have picked up recently. We are there to  be shot at, sitting ducks.  A team fighting for its life would defend better than this. Our defence is like a wet paper bag. The warnings have been there since the Mansfield game. We lost 2-0 but everyone knows it would have been a cricket score had our goalkeeper not made a string of outstanding saves.
