The current rules are bóllocks though, aren’t they? The functional reasons the handball rule exists are obvious, but that was unintentional, unavoidable and had no impact whatsoever on the passage of play. Surely at least one of those criteria should apply? Based on the rules as they are today, it was a penalty. Regardless, it’s a nonsensical outcome. A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner.

I wouldn't, well if other teams were getting them then yes maybe. The rules are ridiculous. Are you supposed to not try win the ball just in case?

I know we might argue it helped us out but even that’s a joke, so you can have it in one game in the cup, but not others…straight away it’s not a fair system. That’s never been handball and for a club like Man Utd to be hanging out for such urine poor decisions as that, it’s flipping embarrassing. There’s one team trying to win, the other are just hoping and praying… 'the poor and the needy are selfish and greedy'...well done Mozza
