anyone know what channels abroad are broadcasting it?

This seems really hard to find out! Bet it'll be on some link somewhere nearer the day but bizarre that it isn't listed anywhere.

Always wonder which country's sports channel goes "I know what we need, Grimsby vs Burton" - does it get much viewing I wonder?!

Thank you Rancido - somehow I lost my bearings & wandered  into the wrong half - but I'm alright now.

No probs. Joking apart, the off-side laws seem to be one area that is being adjusted on a regular basis and VAR often makes a mockery of its interpretation.

On paper this is better than our last 2 opportunities to progress past the third round and we ran Huddersfield (2013) and Palace (2019) close.

Hopefully we can do it!

Am I right in saying we haven’t made the 4th round of the FA Cup since 2000? I recall us beating Stockport 3-2 with two injury time goals from Livvo and Bradley Allen to get through, before meekly losing to Bolton in the next round.

Can’t find any footage of that Stockport game anywhere, even the excellent OnthisGTFCday Twitter account. Can’t recall another time we’ve scored two goals in stoppage time to turn a defeat into a victory.

You're correct. Worth noting, though, that we entered the competition at Round 3 as we were in the second tier.

Last time we won 3 FA Cup games in a season was 1997/98. We beat Shrewsbury and Chesterfield in replays before hammering Norwich in the third round.

Having seen yesterday’s highlights Burton can’t be that bad again surely?
Unless they really are that bad!

To be fair that defeat came after a very good run of results against the likes of Lincoln derby and FGR .If you look at their playing staff they have some very good players and for town to beat them they will need to be at their best

Whilst this is a decent chance for progress in the Cup, it’s still going to be a huge challenge. As fans we need to do all we can to get behind the team. It’s miles off being a foregone conclusion.
