Does anyone know why it’s a 17.30 kick off? I’ve got arrangements for Saturday night, so will only be able to stay for the first half. 😔

Because it is on TV abroad, so won't clash with 3 o'clock kick offs I presume.

Apparently we’re quite big in Patagonia

I really think this game should be selling out for home fans. It’s the third round of the cup at BP for the first time in 9 years isn’t it? It’s a winnable fixture too. If you’re undecided then get yourself there.

Biggest game of the season this , hopefully open the door to a huge away day at a 50k + stadium anywhere

Not gripped by cup fever personally although I bought a ticket in the glow of victory yesterday. Rochdale, Crawley and Gillingham losing today will enable some breathing space in the league. Anyone expecting us to capitalise on a run of easier games post Swindon have forgotten Hartlepool and Harrogate.

Beating Burton would stretch our resources and distract from our catch up games. I would rest Khan and McAtee for this one. The latter can sort his studs out meanwhile. Our gluepot pitch neutered his skills as much as Stockport.

Now that would make an excellent away day fixture for a friendly.

Not so sure about that. It’s not like we’ve got Saturday-Tuesday, Saturday-Tuesday for weeks and weeks. We’ve got Crawley on 24th and then Gillingham on the 14th Feb. Hardly massive congestion. It’ll be one more game if we get through, and I’m taking some of the lads looking a bit leggy if we get a game at Goodison or the Emirates in there.

We still have quite a few decent players on the bench who could come in for this. I’m not sure I agree with resting Khan after scoring 3 from 3 and the winner in the last round, plus they’ve just conceded 5 goals and his direct running with the ball could worry them.

I’d definitely start McAtee as he still needs minutes in terms of fitness and playing is the only way to get any sharpness back.

Why would we rest our best players in a game against a beatable opponent at home, with £105,000 going to the winner?

As we enter a transfer window that £105k could be handy for sure.

Dreadful. But how was their 5th goal not offside?

If the ball is played forward from you own half  - you cannot be offside, methinks.
