That’s one of the reasons Taylor was a bit pîssed off (not just that he’s missed out on a tap in). Taylor was the sensible option. Glennon tried to take that option and mishit it. Luckily Hunt was steaming forward to mop it up.

In this video here, at 14:40 you get a different perspective. From this angle you can see Hunt is absolutely the right player to be playing the ball to and letting rip. He’s the one with the momentum; and of the ball makes it all the way through to Taylor there’s a chance the ‘keeper can close down the angle. Intelligent from Glennon and clinical from Hunt.
