I sent the club an email today asking about my refund. The reply is :-

"The refund process started on the Fri 19 Aug 2022 at 16:42:50
​We can't see how long it will take to end up back to you, however trust that the refund is being processed and will arrive in due time.

​Let me know if there's anything else I can help with.

I don't know who is in charge of the refunds but that is not only a pathetic response but crap.

They will have your payment details so should be able to process it straight away.

Just checked my bank statement and I've now got the refund. It did say the transaction date was the 19th August so why it took so looooong to get back into my account I don't know.
