I don't think I'd agree that they never put us under sustained pressure. Tbf, there was a 10-15 minute spell when they had the goal disallowed where I couldn't see us surviving. Crocombe also pulled off a great save and could have given away a penalty.

Having said that, you would expect more from his ht teamtalk. Perhaps they cut the tactical stuff and just left the "get into 'em" bit.

Overall, apart from the Shaun Harvey bits, really enjoyed the series. Nice to see them open the finale with the section on GY and Town. It would also have been nice for them to have included at the end that their fans contributed to our PO Final ticket fund. As alluded to in the GY section, the towns, clubs and both sets of fans have a lot in common.  

Think they'll stroll it this season and look forward to playing them again in a few years in L1 or the Championship😉🙂

I wouldn't be so sure! The Notts County striker is banging them in at a hell of a rate. Of course, it's a potential Tshimanga situation all over again.

Just watched the episode where the young lad and his girlfriend lost their son. Very emotional and been there personally. I was fortunate to get time off from work so a massive massive amount of respect goes out to them, and equally to the club for rewarding him with a contract extension to take the burden away as much as they could

Thought Jordan Davies came across really well and classy from Shaun Pearson in that last episode to go over and put his arm round him.

Just a shame there wasn’t a GTFC season long documentary. It was just unbelievable fairytale stuff, which I don’t think will ever be repeated. But not just the playoffs. The way we started, the dip in form and fans calling for PH to be sacked, last season had everything. Made my love the this club of ours even stronger. UTM!!

There is a big article on the BBC website today about Wrexham.  Concentrating on the new tourists they are getting from around the world.  Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and a family from Texas.  Etc.  All attracted by the series.
