If I’m not mistaken, Amazon have a huge deal with myenergi that includes all their vans becoming electric.

Maybe Amazon will sponsor in some way? All about connections and who you work with I guess

Ironic that "Myenergi" are our new sponsors given we had to play three play-off games including extra time to get promoted.

They ought to do a sideline of Energy Drinks too........."Ben Fox Juice" or "Extra Time x3"

That's not about openness.  It's about business.   Myenergi are probably as keen as anyone else to keep it under wraps.  If word gets out that they're sponsoring us for (and this is a complete figure out the air) £250k, then they've set the standard for all future sponsorship deals they want to partake in.

Likewise if this deal runs a year, both parties decide to go their separate ways we've told the world what our previous deal was worth and they know where to pitch.

A policy of openness and honesty doesn't mean you share commercially confidential information.

Anyone would think it stunk of Jarvis in 2003, the way you're talking. For a start, rail maintenance is hardly a booming industry.

Their marketing strategy seems quite aggressive as they sponsor Jenson Buttons racing team and with the sale of petrol and diesel cars set to end by 2030 plus the current of cost of fuel, they operate in a much needed industry.

This deal has clearly been signed off by at least one of the company founders and not an employee like Jarvis was.

I have a funny feeling about this one too. I have a funny feeling that by the end of this sponsorship, we will have one of the biggest names in green energy on our shirt.

Absolutely.

Zappi consistently comes up as one of the better home chargers for EV's in field tests.  The number of EV's on the road is soaring - there's wait lists over a year for them at the minute.  With that the on-road infrastructure is miles and miles behind, simply put there isn't enough public charging points to cope.  Also they're getting more and more expensive to use, not quite at petrol prices but certainly stretching the financial savings you want from having a EV.  That means more people want home chargers.

Their trajectory is definitely pointing upwards.
