Do we need to push on for a new stadium.
Potentially 60-75000 pounds lost today.

Yes we do need a new stadium as the current one puts a lot of casual fans off, however, let’s concentrate on the team for now

In a word, no.

Whilst I’m aware they were buying ST seats to sell on again, how many did they actually resell?

It’s a rare occasion and whilst I understand the sentiment and the desperation from some to have a new stadium, it’s not part of the short and medium term plans.

Let’s remove the Fenty mindset and obsessing over a new stadium and enjoy a one off full stadium and a good win.

Next home game we’ll be down to 5000 again…

It would take a lot of £75000’s to pay for a new stadium. And at 6 or 7 times a season at the moment it will not be a priority I’m afraid.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

With a too bigger ground, you wouldnt get the atmosphere. Lets get back in the EFL first, get a settled team, mainly with contracts, and take it from there once we are established. The Town isnt really big enough for full houses of 12,000, and i dont want us to end up like Darlington, I liked the idea and plans of Tom Shutes for the Docks, its a matter of whether we need to draw in extra income for use of the ground, which i am against, but it needs to be paid for, and things arent cheap nowadays. I would be sorry to see the end of Blundell Park, 60 years of fond memories, and hopefully i may get to see the new ground before the ground takes me.

Yes of course we need a bigger shinier stadium but we need more sell outs like yesterday to justify it.
For to long this club as looked inward for its revenue and been quite happy taking from the loyal 4000
Hopefully the new brush with all the exciting ideas they have will see those 3000 empty seats and think if only we could have people sitting in them on a regular basis the extra revenue that can be generated through bar/ food sales extra merchandising.more people in the park more sponsorships opportunities

Where did you get 12,000 from?

How many games do we miss out an extra £60-75k per season? A stadium will cost 200x...

I'd be more concerned with the reasons why we limited Stockport to 1400 tickets to lose out on about £10k of income in a stadium we don't owe money for and why the "red zone" behind the dugouts is so large.

Once we're back in the Championship we'll back down to 5500

Christ you all wanted him sacked a few months ago. 6th place finish and he's now the messiah and can do no wrong
Update:  I think I've got this right - He was the messiah. He then wasn't. He then was again. Then it turned out he actually wasnt. He turned into one big huge messiah again. Now he's not actually the messiah we thought he was . Now I'm hoping he rises again quickly

If we had a 100000 seater we would have potentially lost £2million
