I actually thought he gave a fair summary of the game. For 30 mins they ran at us and caused loads of problems, then we just clicked and got it right. He said pretty much tha himself.

Batch, Crombie, Moore K, Wiggington, Cumming, Waters, Bonnyman, Ford, Emson, Drinkell, Whymark. Love you all, You are the reason I'm on here. You've had help from Todd, Handyside, Futcher P, Groves, Mendonca, Macca etc etc etc. Up The Mariners!!!!!!!!!

I have to admit, I thought the same and felt he came across as a pretty decent bloke. A former colleague of Graham Potter at Osterunds.

I have seen a few of his interviews, he always comes across as a measured and decent guy to me. For me Notts play the best football in the league but I am not sure the way to escape this league. Stockpot and Chesterfield have more potent forwards and this is the difference

I think the football ‘Stockpot’ play is just gravy.

I don't get why people get so wound up about what the opposition manager or players say ? . They are obviously going to big up their own . It's almost as if some people in Grimsby have a defeatist attitude . Panto villains like Harry Pell still get under your skin . Let go

Stockpot was deliberate, in the Coronation Street style but I could not think of a suitable name for Chesterfield, but now and not original I shall call them Chesterfurlough
