Let's put this to bed once and for all.
Have you ever been involved with or employed by the club in any capacity Fillipe Noche ?
|
| When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?” |

Even if he had he could simply lie, so its irrelevant what he answers, if he ever does

Which makes you wonder why he had to sign so many.
I think someone pointed out yesterday that we finished the game and looked better than we have done for a while with only 3 of his signings.
Perhaps if he had signed less but tried to get better quality with higher wages he/we may have done better.
Didn't realise that, but it is staggering to think that so few of his signings are performing as we need them too.

I’m not defending everything Hurst does. Just adding a bit of perspective. I was one of the Hurst Out brigade in the Conference. I just don’t think he deliberately signed bad players. He clearly didn’t have confidence in the players he inherited. And I don’t blame him.
I wasn't suggesting you were defending Paul Hurst. Looking at it and the results at the time we clearly had a poor squad and of course I expected some more signings but some he brought in are clearly no better than what we had which for me is poor management. I wasn't expecting far better players but hoped they would be better than what we had otherwise there would have been no point in bringing them in.

harbegham better than preston shop better than green/gibson menayese with hewitt by far the best central defence we've had coke/ matete - the best central midfield pairing we've had eastwood - best of the 4 keepers we've had by far lamy better than tilley all proves you wrong

harbegham better than preston You're having a fooking laugh, hadn't played for 18 months before signing and has hardly played a full 90 minutes, so poor and unfit Hurst had to sign another left back
shop better than green/gibson I'm better than Green/Gibson
menayese with hewitt by far the best central defence we've had Menayese playing OK I will grant you that one but erm Hewitt was already here.
coke/ matete - the best central midfield pairing we've had Coke another player not fully fit and has contributed what exactly had I think 1 half decent game and was poor on Saturday otherwise he wouldn't have been taken off and Matete's performances aren't as good as they were when he first came.
eastwood - best of the 4 keepers we've had by far Not that difficult
lamy better than tilley Erm...one good game so far has only started what 2 games? No where near as good as Tilley was yet and another who was taken off on Saturday because he looked poor.
You forgot these :-
Payne - looks poor and was frigging useless on Saturday
Idris El Mizouni - Never looked that good and contributed sod all really
Julian Lamy Looked poor in the games he played
Joe Adams Not even first choice now.
all proves you wrong I think that proves me right

Habergham is maybe a bit better than Preston defensively, he's noticeably worse offensively tho.

Out of your 7 new guys only 4 played yesterday, for various reasons, and 3 were substituted which only left LJL on the pitch.
