Anyone heard any whispers on the injuries???

I am guessing one is either Hewitt or Hendrie. Neither played for the reserves in midweek. (Hewitt played at Newport & Hendrie was an unused sub)

I also noted that none of Payne, Hanson, John-Lewis or Jackson jr featured either. They seem to be the 4 strikers going forward. You would have expected the latter 2 of those to have been given some game time. It might be that either Hanson or Payne are injured and Hurst chose to rest LJL and IJJ as a precaution.

And there was no Max Wright. He didn't make the squad at Newport & didn't feature for the reserves at all. I can't remember seeing a report that he had broken down again.

Given that Hurst hinted at a couple of the Newport starting team were unavailable I am going to guess it's Hewitt & Hanson who are injured.

You should work for MI5. Cheers for that. Hope it is only those two.

It was ‘light rain’ all day yesterday in Exeter, not sure where these words of a monsoon yesterday have come from.

Granted the weather doesn’t look fantastic right now but I think we’ll be watching a game of football this afternoon.

I don't want out game to be called off.  I paid for a season's pass.  Rearranged games generally happen on Tuesdays.  A heavy pitch will stop Exeter playing.  We can't play anyway.
