Imagine

Matete Adams and Idris

Yes I’ve not seen a lot of them, but I have seen a lot of our previous midfield so this is almost Xavi Iniesta and Busquets!

I feel moved to point out that Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets are considerably more experienced than our trio of kids.

I hope your enthusiasm is justified, of course.

Brentford don't sign duff players so you'd have to hope this guy has something about him.

Welsh Under 21 international as well, as a bare minimum you'd hope he's better than the last one we loaned.

Looks to be a versatile player and made his debut for Bury while still very young. Described as tenacious.

Is he seen as a winger/wing back maybe?

A lot of Welsh lads now.

We could have an entire midfield of Taffs.

Clifton, Hewitt, Adams,  Williams.

Like others have said I can only see Adams making the starting line up out of those four though, given a full selection to choose from.

Win loose or draw we'll have a good choir, let's hope their singing their own praises.

Sounds like a real grafter who's been doing well in their B team - Brentford describe him as tenacious. Preferred position wide in a front 3. I think we are going to see us try to put opposition under a lot more pressure when they have the ball. Was a 5 minute period on Saturday when we did it to Stevenage and they really struggled with it.

Compared to what we have had in midfield..>!

Not sure what position this Adams plays though - is he a ball winner midfield steel?

Matete is the driver and good on the ball, as is Idris I believe from whats been said?

Yeah and it allowed Matete the ball high up the pitch. We were unfortunate not to score in that period.
