Have you noticed that Fenty or any of his acolytes never talk of anything but money? No talk of spectator comfort, improved facilities, rewards for paying customers, updating anything to with the customers, no reference to anybody in a positive light - just a constant droning on about money and how to save a bit more on the bottom line to ensure he gets every single penny back. Its degrading.

If we get new owners, who even if they are half as good as they are portrayed it will seem like a whole new world. Money is incredibly important this day and age, but if you have no vision of what to do with it, and make your paying customers happy and looking forward to the future what exactly is the point?


Exactly! Stockwood talks about businesses finding a problem that customer's face then solving it. Treat employees properly and give them autonomy and they will work better and help come up with solutions. Do that properly and the money will follow.
