Doesn't he just need to discuss with them what they propose and see if it aligns to his own vision and values. He's on the board so he has access to these people and conversations.

I feel like whatever his statement later says, it'll be to the advantage of Shutes. It'll also likely bring national media attention to what's going on at our club at the minute which can only be a positive IMO, the more pressure on JSF the better.
