He's got a brass neck! The reason young players don't develop at Man City is because the first team is full of players bought for a squillion quid and the kids are never going to get a look in. Why doesn't he tell Pep to drop De Bruyne and Sterling and give a couple of kids a game.....

If PL attitude is 'not our job' to bail out and help EFL then it's not EFL job to provide place for your fecking U23s to play
Why not blood your own players?
Why not have a rule that at least half match day squad of PL team has to be home grown
Would solve a lot

But the greedy bas&ards won't go for that
