As I remember it, we sold him to Posh for 500K, Posh sold him to Norwich for £4.5m, and we got 20% of Posh's profit; so ((4,500,000 - 500,00) x 0.2) = 800K or thereabouts.  Fenty did great business there.  I seem to remember that Fatty Fry tried to get out of giving us it too, if the rumours were true.

Pretty sure Halifax we’re set to receive a (small) figure when Vardy was rumoured to be going to Arsenal. Could’ve been bollox though.
