I probably am asking a question that was previously answered but now that Leicester have triggered a clause that they must buy Bennett, what are GTFC owed, if anything?

I've never heard of a clause that can be passed down the line to multiple clubs after the initial deal is done, that would be completely unpalatable to any future suitors.  We got the money from Posh after they sold him to Norwich; you never have claim on a player after this.

Yep although some clubs in Italy have shared ownership over players.  You have to buy out both, cost me a fortune on Football Manager haha.

It goes on until the chain is broken. If Peterborough added sell-on and England appearance clauses to the deal we would be eligible for our percentage of those if they ever materialised. The chain breaks when there is no longer a sell-on clause or the player is released.

If we had 20% and Peterborough got £1m from Norwich selling him, we would have got £200k of the that.
