Maybe they should just scrap this season entirely.

Now that really would upset a few Scousers!

And a few Yorkies too Les.

Win win

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

If games were to be behind closed doors, the only Club that would gain from this would be Scunthorpe, ahem.

There's also mixed messages around when people should self isolate.  It's the change of season, people generally have a sniffle and a cold at this time.  If everyone with anything resembles a cold locks themselves in a room for 14 days, this country is going to come to an absolute standstill overnight.

Yes, and it's quite interesting. I've just got a cold and was coughing at work yesterday. Some people sat around me suggested I shouldn't be in work whilst I've got symptoms. Funnily enough, one of those people happened to have a cold with exactly the same symptoms 2 weeks ago whilst still working and everybody in my corner of the office has caught it since then. Funny how he was ok to work when there were only a few hundred less UK cases than what there are now. Anyhoo, I'm working from home the rest of the week, but that's not an option for a large amount of people

I wonder if Scunthorpe will be exempt from the ruling, I heard some comment that crowds less then 500 would not be effected?

The Mail tends to recycle four topics on a rotational basis. The danger of immigrants, the danger of Megan Markel, the danger of the weather and the danger of whoever is leading the Labour Party. Always positive stuff to cheer you up.........

Just glance at the headline as I pick up the Guardian 😊

Mind you, if we do run out of bog roll I might buy it.

Regarding the "behind closed doors" games...

Anyone noticed the players aren't rolling around as much to get the crowd to put pressure on the ref, no point.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”
