His voice like for many others is all I’ve known for years, and without him it will never be as good for me.I will miss his voice but I wish him all the best. Thank you JT!

When I worked overseas for a few years I couldn't wait for his commentary. Hes also a nice bloke to boot. Enjoy your retirement JT In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions. Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them. GOD

What an absolute GTFC legend who has experienced the highs and lows alongside us. He’s the Voice of the Mariners and it won’t be the same without him. Up The Mariners!
