We need to pick up where we left off last week, have discipline drilled into the back four, inject some pace into our game going forward and polish off FGR..Another home pasting is unacceptable and wiould lead to more calls for Arrtells extraction from the club

To bring it back to the original post - the reason Danny Rose was originally missing from the training footage was because he was told to take it easy. The coaching staff said to him “Danny, don’t over do it, we don’t want to     dent ure    performance at the weekend.
