Good start but Newport have out muscled us, taken charge and we've been quite naive at times. Bogle would almost certainly have scored if he hadn't slipped. Started to get to grips with them again the last few minutes though.

Hunt and Clifton both haven't really used the ball well when they've had possession. There's spaces there to attack Newport through but we just need to be more accurate and composed with our passing and decision making in the middle of the pitch. gary jones

Pitch isn’t helping, plays like an old astroturf one, bouncing a lot and running fast. Alex Hunt needs to show a bit more composure on the ball, and Harry needs to stop doing everything at 100 mph. For me Arthur is struggling to keep the ball and is lightweight in being challenged or challenging for the ball, I'd bring a cm on and put clifton out wide possibly. Apart from that we need to just get that final ball right. The atmosphere sums up the game, none eventful
