I've had an email to say ours is cancelled (AGAIN!) Luckily we have an earlier one so it just means an extra hour in Newport. Since purchasing a family card I've tried using the train 11 times and only once has it ever run on time, even then I ended up sitting in the corridor next to a toilet because the train was full. Anyway, safe journey to you all UtM

I assume I can't claim anything back because there are other options available to me
