If you look at their offensive play Notts County is easily in top 6 level of the League One.
Unfortunately their defensive never left the national league level and they will only go as far as their defense will let them if they dont finally upgrade on their end.

Iam aware of one of their players John Bostock who was once offered a long  contract by Barcelona as a young and upcoming player as well as being tracked by Man United , Liverpool and Chelsea which he rejected to stay in London and continue his development on the advice of his parents.
