A +57 goal difference predicted for Swindon does give me some overall doubts about the scientific veracity…😐

Another "data led" fairy tale!

So they update it after each set of results, therefore making their previous "prediction" a load of old tosh?

I wouldn't trust them to get a prediction right with one game to go.

Based on the last two league games I can now see what Hurst is trying to do.
If we could get our attacking third sorted sooner rather than later I could see us being top 3

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

My gut feeling is 5th, but I see no reason why we couldn't steal into that last automatic promotion spot and avoid the play-off drama when the team start gelling and we play against some of the teams lower down with players fit again.

I have a good feeling about this squad and the recruitment that went into it.
