They seem to be running Notts in the right way , I listened to one of there podcasts The Magpie Circle and they seem to be of the similiar ilk of Stockwood and Pettit in that they want to have Notts run sustainably in the longer term , they have not thrown loads at it in relative terms - they are using a similiar strategy led approach as what we are going down , which I think will be to make a healthy amount from player trading - you would have thought Notts will get decent wedge for Langstaff at some point, especially if he fires in 20+ at league 2 .
