I’ve seen chalets on Airbnb, can’t remember if they were on the Fitties though. Through the door there came familiar laughter, I saw your face and heard you call my name. When you think what you can get a proper house for in Cleethorpes it’s bonkers isn’t it? Not quite Mudeford Spit levels where beach huts set you back £300k. You can please some of the forumites some of the time but not all the forumites all of the time

Dunno if they have chalets. I told him he wanted certifying. He's just sold it in a week for 10 times that amount and it's not even that nice. They will probably knock it down and build a new one on the site, as is happening more frequently since Tingdene bought it from the council.

A bit different to the shacks of old which looked like they might struggle to stand in a strong wind! Bit of a gamble spending too much money on one given the way the climate is going. That storm surge the other year washed away a good  chunk of the dunes protecting the Fitties so they might only have another decade or two if sea levels rise as anticipated...
