I thought we were going to get battered after 10 minutes. Thought apart from that and the first ten minutes of the second half we were the better side.

Clifton MOM, Matete bar their goal was very good. Hewitt, Meyenese and Watefall did well.

Cambridge away to stay up - is it possible ? 🤔

Yes - Cambridge will almost certainly be promoted by then and currently not in the box seat for the title.

Not pretty but we've ground out another result and live to fight another day.

Odds are stacked against us. We have little or no margin for error. But who knows gives Barrow and one or two others something to think about .,..for a couple of days anyway.

To be fair if you'd asked 6 weeks ago I would have said not only would we go down but it would have been confirmed before now. I didn't see us getting anywhere near the  40 Pts we have now

Just gotta keep going . 3 games left keep fighting to the end.

That was fun! As others have said, everyone played a big part in that win against a very lively Oldham side, but Harry Clifton was brilliant today, and as for Matete's winning goal, what a strike! It just makes you realize how much is missing without spectators. If there had been a couple of thousand Town fans behind that goal when that went in, there would have been absolute pandemonium!

The vultures had gathered over Boundry Park and then, to help them, one of our golden boys Matete help Oldham score. Well, that was going to be it, top of the league scorers were going to have a field day.

Nothing left on the carcus but skin and bone, but wait that out of favour man Green has a shot and no it wasn't going to make it to the keeper who can't believe it's a shot and it's in. There's a tad of flesh on those bones and the skin moves. Clifton and Matete put themselves about and we're suddenly holding our own. No Hanson, no Hab and few subs but the carcus is moving in a positive way. Am I dreaming, no I'm watching and it's happening.

Matete picks the ball up and all is forgiven, he crashes it into the net and the vultures have left. The flock have separated on their individual ways to Barrow, Colchester and yes, it can't be but it is, Scunny.

We live to fight again on a mission not impossible. Exeter is all to fight for and our mouths are just, and only just, above water.

I understand there’s talk of allowing some sort of crowd in for the last couple of premiership games, any chance the same for Cambridge, if so will it only be home support only.

So out of the 40 odd players used this season 1) we can only name 6 subs and 2) Green is one of them then gets into the team due to Hanson’s not playing, and then people thought we could avoid relegation!!!

Interesting snippet in Hurts post match when asked about subs....he basically replied....those players who have earnt a spot are on it. Would rather be short and have players who he thinks have earnt a spot than have a bench full of people he doesnt think deserve a place. Certainly struck me as not being a quality issue, purely about attitude/ application of those players out in the cold.
