Complain all we like but PH needs to work with what he has unless he can get others in which I would think is a challenge for Tuesday
So from your arm chair what would you do?
I don’t normally like formation changes but I think we need something different after Saturday. Given injuries as mentioned here is my change with a view to giving us a fresh start
Macca
Wright, Menayese, Waterfall, Pollock, Habergham
Spokes, Rose, Matete
Williams
Hanson
* If Waterfall doesn’t make it move Habergham in to 3 man central defence bring in Preston
Priority stop them scoring in first half & sure up our leaky defence
Use Hanson aerial threat
Free up Williams to be creative and get close to Hanson no point expecting him to be a crunching tackler that’s not his strength. Linford Christie was hopeless running the mile but a fantastic athlete
Get energy in to midfield from Spokes, craft from Rose and tackling and energy from Matete
My only doubt is the wingbacks. Can Wright do the defensive duties and can Habergham do the offensive?
Something needs to change
Pray we win on Tuesday 🙏🏼⚽️

Fook knows.
We get some back from injury and lose others. It's never ending.
Not having Waterfall, Morais and Bennett available yesterday was another blow. Bennett sounds like he's out for the forseeable, and we don't really have a natural left sided midfielder.
Hard to pick a formation with what we have available. Hope we can get one or two in for Tuesday.

Battersby
Menayese Matete
13 youth team, highly enthusiastic, motivated, passionate players who care for the club. Want the shirt and a future; as for the rest of a first squad drop em off at the job centre.
I'd rather a team lose with passion and effort than trot around like headless chickens, saving their energy to sprint for their pay cheques.

This. Hope Hendrie and Morais could combine down the right to create some decent crossing opportunities.

Without knowing who's available to start, I'll hold off. Absolutely not prudent to start with Hanson though, as tempting as it would be. The next game against Stevenage is as important, as are all other games. No need to risk him so shortly after his return.

Macca Hendrie Menayese Waterfall Preston Wright Matete Spokes Morais Scannell Hanson
Habergham isn't capable of so many games after so long off IMO
Matete is a league 1 level player, you could tell instantly. Use to lad as much as possible.
Wright needs to up his game now, I rate the lad a lot, but nows the time to stand up and be noticed.
'Rest' Pollock, the transfer rumours have clearly had an impact on the lad
Hanson is good with his feet just as much as in the air, so avoid the hoof ball

Avoid the hoofball unless it is from out wide. The Lincoln philosophy of throwing as many balls into the box as possible could reap some rewards with Hanson up there. He desperately needs something to attack if we are to get the best out of him. Get in as many crosses as we possibly can and back him up.

100%, get the ball in the box from Morias and Wright, just not from Pollock and Macca

There’d be some irony if we played 5-3-2 against Jolley.
