Jolley didn't get us out the excrement, we we're lucky with penalties, let's be honest, I thought he was clueless and couldn't handle the pressure at all, thus his stupid out burst..

You say that, but Harry Cardwell wasn't even in the box when he tripped himself up and fell into the penalty area and was given a penalty at Swindon.

I have to agree with that one - it was very strange - but at least he was near to the box.

And the way Town played in those 10 games, thanks to Jolley, they deserved some luck

Chesterfield were 1 of 6 clubs we finished in front of, as we took 13 points from the last 15. But yeah, nowt to do with the manager

Exactly.  I did not like Jolley as a manager or person.  The latter from what I saw of him.

Like Runaway he was a BS merchant.  I wonder why we have had so many managers in recent years like this?  😀😀😀😀😀

I don’t think we got lucky with Jolley that season. We might have got a break go our way for a change. Deserved to stay up on merit.
