Yes, but it should encourage us to keep it on the deck - which i'd like to think is a good thing.

Not really Smokey, plenty of space in the main stand and gaps in the Ponny, 5900  - 6100 my guess  

Seems like once again we should be in front, but once again draw a blank.

I can't remember a goal drought as bad as this one, we must be on for some kind of record.

Decent first half, restricted Scunthorpe to very little. Green should've buried his chance.

Slightly scrappy but enjoyable half. Mostly on top but just not making clear cut chances. Quite fancy ogbu for green just to add something.
Vernam much improved but neither winger getting much space.

A decent half and good to see us on the front foot for a change. Just a pity we only created a couple of chances though we were close to getting through a couple of times as well.

A decent effort from Green (who is leading the line quite well) though I wonder if he might have been better off shooting earlier or trying to round the keeper? Decent shot from Wright but not enough room to keep it inside the post.

I think we need to get Wright and Vernham into the game more often as, though hard-working both haven't received the ball in attacking positions nearly enough.

Subs could be important this half as I don't see Green lasting the second half, Wright hasn't played much and Vernham tends to fade as well. Ogbu (or Cardwell) and Rose could have an important job to do.

Difficult to stomach this at present, another home defeat.  We are in trouble.

You can only work with the squad you have. Lets be honest is there one single player on the pitch today who other clubs would be looking  to buy? All so average throughout the entire squad.
We don't have any stand out players anymore.

It’s alright playing nice football and looking good but it’s goals what count and we just can’t score (even at home) we need a new manager in as soon as possible, we’ve given Limbrick enough time now and he’s not come up with the goods.

Well, you certainly can’t argue with the effort or the performance, it’s purely down to the fact we have no one who can finish. We just need someone with a bit of composure in and around the box. 7 games without a goal is frankly embarrassing. There was probably contact with Ogbu in the box, but he could have stayed on his feet imo and would have had a great chance to score..

We can't keep saying we were unlucky,if we scored we would have won. The facts are we didn't score,we lost at home again. No moves are practised. Odd players play ok now and again but results speak for themselves. To sum it up honestly and taking everything into constderation we are absolutely SHITE

Dont think you can blame limbrick for missed chances. he has got them playing but the strikers are crap at there job, and you can only put out what you have , and no money for new strikers in the jan window , only need morecame to get  some sort of form, and every team even at the bottom as there day,  and we are down and out

Spend what exactly? He isn’t willing to lose 50K a week on wages to wannabe League One players who got their club relegated, and you can’t blame him for that.

MJ spent his (admittedly much smaller) budget badly, and the next man has to pick up the pieces.

I don't blame John Fenty for not spending anymore of his own money on Town, though he's the "non chairman" bank rolling the club like Swann does the Scunts shouldn't be a given. In fact the though it's fukin painful at the moment the best way forward is to have a policy of sustainable spending.

What I do find galling is that there must have been occasions when other investors (not the effing Mullens) have shown an interest and he has failed to enrage them,.Clearly the money he is owed means more to him than making 1000's of local people happy.
