Would it be worth making a move? Good player with a decent pedigree, might be able to add a different dimension to our squad/team and location, you wouldn't imagine being an issue. In 2012 he assaulted 2 female paramedics after they came to assist him when he was drunk in a nightclub. However talented he is I think I would pass on that one.

Characters make or break team spirit. We have a good team spirit and the players are running through brick walls for each other. If Hurst thinks he's not a team player, I'm inclined to believe him.

We're developing some good team spirit and bringing in that sort of player could cause problems. Talent is fine and all but we should be looking to a similar pool of professionals and younger ambitious players looking for a chance to show what they can do. I'd expect him to move to one of the moneybags non league teams that are popping up for the dosh and to keep having incidents like this. Some players have the talent but not the mindset to play at a pro level.
