Probably wouldn't have picked up Conor Townsend, especially in his first spell when he was very young, had he not lived just over the bridge.

yes location and wider amenities....i know for a fact one of the reasons Welsh signed was the number of bus shelters in close proximity to drinking establishments in the town centre ...
