Think we can hold our heads very high after that. Mansfield are clearly one of the best teams in the league and we more than matched them without a recognised CB, a makeshift defence and mounting injury problems.

I have every faith in MJ adding depth and quality to the squad this month and I firmly believe we can push on towards the upper echelons of this league!

TBH dont think e deserved to go away empty handed. The goal came against the run of play and they didnt look like runaway winners. their 12th man helped them immensly. I know we all say the referees are bad but even my 6 year old nearly swore at him for not catching that penalty shout

Didn't see it but can't be downhearted with that result given what's happened with our defence recently. Hopefully the squad will get a good rest before Saturday.

To be honest I had a feeling we’d lose today , too many injuries to expect much against decent team

The range of passing from a full back is completely different to that of a centre back. I thought we lacked a bit of height across the team and we were very unlucky with the goal. Mansfield are a good side though and made it difficult for us to create any chances.
