I think JF appointed MJ as the manager to bring us back up as much as the man to keep us up hence all the stuff about long term building.

So Jolley is now taking over the building process that Slade was always talking about is he?  

Makes sense now why JF just had to keep Wilko on.....so that there was some continuity in the building, interpreting the PowerPoints etc.
