For what its worh from what i have seen he aint good enough either but i cant criticise a player stepping in a shocking team. GTFC

But honestly did anyone expect to escape this game without a thrashing? Lincoln are in rude form and we're in some of our worst form in 10+ years - a terrible scoreline was inevitable.

At least last time, we tried to strengthen in the transfer window - the players signed just weren't good enough. This time, Fenty obviously thought we were far enough ahead of relegation to be safe and got rid of some of our more skilful players to cut the wage bill. Could prove to be his worst misjudgement yet.

Lager Top Drinker Posts: 252 Posts Per Day: 0.04 Reputation: 76.57% Rep Score: +2 / -1 Approval: +302	To be fair, I think we all need to manage our expectations of what was going to happen today against a well-drilled agricultural Lincoln team.  We all know what Lincoln are going to do: work us with the long ball and set plays.  Sadly we are as brittle as a rich tea biscuit at the back. Jolley has got nothing to work with in this urine poor squad, that can't defend and is toothless upfront.   The fact is that any result at Lincoln was always going to be a bonus, it's the games at home versus Barnet and Chesterfield that will decide our fate.
