The ball was in keepers personal space he has the added advantage of reach (with his hands) He should have commanded that situation and never allowed that player to nod it in from such close range. it was the only blip on a otherwise battling win.

It's good to see the two of them care, at least!  Macca's a great keeper and has been a good servant to the club, but it wouldn't surprise me if Slade wanted to bring in a big, commanding stopper for next season to marshall a well-drilled defence.

Poor goal from both Macca and Andrew's perspectives. I've wasted my life in black and white, a pathetic act for a worthless cause

Any cross that close to the goal and the goalkeeper should collect it without hesitation. Unfortunately this is yet another goal that comes from a goalkeeping error. It put us under unnecessary pressure for the final few minutes.
