It's not the players fault. Can anybody be expected to give it their all on an empty stomach? Fecking traffic.

3 shots on target 3 goals, only 6 shots in total, but listening to it it sounds even worse then that.

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

I once said Gazza's IQ was less than his shirt number and he asked me: What's an IQ? - George Best

Quoted from Chrisblor

No, but we've got relegated York's centre midfield (plus relegated Dagenham's winger) from last season which doesn't augur well for us really. Looked ok with McAllister in there anchoring things but clearly the midfield is useless without him.

My mistake, I thought Chambers was at York last season too. Either way, we've still got a midfield that was three parts relegated and one part part time only three months ago.

Looking forward to a brighter future now Fenty has gone.

No time for panic - they were in l1 last season we were in conference - Morecambe are winning 2-0 and we played them off the park last Saturday - so long as we finish 1 point above the relegation zone come the end of the first season back in the league that will do me!!!!!

I think its time we went knocking on Hartlepools and Motherwell doors and ask for forgiveness. How many of these players are better than what we had?

Thank goodness we got 3 points on the table early.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

It was always going to be a tough start and i wasn't too hopeful for tonight. However, we seem all over the shop and to be three down and a centre half substituted before 45 mins is up is rather worrying. I'm not trying to be wise after the event but i think Boyce just isn't good enough and we are going to have to get someone else in pronto. Hurst and Doig are both ex defenders, so this area of the team should be performing better.

Tough baptism so far and it'll be interesting to see how PH handles it from here.
