The players must know the game is up and therefore will not really want to risk suspensions/injuries in case they get released. Whereas in the last few seasons 4th from bottom has actually stayed up so maybe Dartford will have something to play for. Okay in reality I'm looking for every positive physically possible

Mills will have his team playing one way. With the emphasis on trying to win, and with their horrendous injury list (heart bleeds) it should make them wide open defensively and there for the taking.
