Tough to criticise the formation when we were well on top for the first 20 minutes. Lack of changes at half time is a bit baffling though

Yes. LJL had a good first twenty minutes. That aside, everyone has been terrible. Oxford aren't that good either. We've just been inept - in both a footballing and tactical sense.
